Novaluxia PH Rumors and Chismis: What the Platform Publishes
Rather than repeating the chismis, we open the record the platform publishes: 105+ merchant partners, 3M+ group-buy sales, 99% positive feedback, named brand partners, a Cyprus investment incubator, a Makati headquarters and a dated announcement list. Here is what that record contains.

The record Novaluxia publishes is open to anyone: 105+ merchant partners, 3M+ group-buy sales, 99% positive feedback, incubation by Innoventure Global Partners Ltd and a regional headquarters in Makati. Shopping groups in the Philippines travel faster than that record ever will. What follows puts each claim going around next to what the platform has already published.
What the platform has already published#
Begin with the figures on the platform's own About page: 105+ merchant partners, 3M+ group-buy sales and 99% positive feedback. Numbers like those come from a platform moving real volume.
Innoventure Global Partners Ltd is the company doing the incubating: a Cyprus private-investment firm running an "investment + incubation" model under an AI and social-commerce fund, watched from both European and Asian markets. Novaluxia's own description of itself is Social E-commerce 3.0, connecting consumers, communities, merchants and brands, with "participation equals value" named as its mission.
The Philippines is its first launch market in Asia-Pacific, run from a Makati regional headquarters at 2/F & 3/F, 30 Paseo de Roxas corner Jupiter, Salcedo Village, with warehousing, offices and customer support all kept local. April 2026 added a Singapore product launch as Southeast Asia kept building out. The same catalogue also runs at novaluxia.ph, no app install required.

The brand line-up and the events#
Public appearances and signed partners are the parts of a brand's record you can actually point at. The first local merchant partner was Primeline Philippines, signed on 17 March 2026, and its lines include JML Beauty, IN2IT, Scentchips and Aquadry. A Security Bank strategic partnership announced on 20 May 2026 sits alongside those names, and the everyday voucher shelf covers brands like KFC, Burger King, Grab, Coffee Bean and Pickup Coffee.
Documents are not where the public record stops. A NET25 feature placed the platform on national television, published ribbon-cuttings mark store openings, and the platform joined the NRCE 2026 retail expo, whose Day 1 report was posted on 9 August 2026. Community events and group-buy training sessions complete a dated presence that is not exactly quiet. A brand with offices, merchant signings and a trade-show booth has a name worth protecting.
What every group-buy page prints#
Every group-buy campaign on novaluxia.ph carries the same rules panel. It holds four things:
| What every group-buy page prints | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| The campaign type, stated in the product title | The product title tells you which type you are looking at |
| The group price next to the list price | What you pay, and how much comes off the list price |
| The live headcount and the countdown | How the group is filling and how much time remains |
| The Group Buy Rules block | The terms that apply, daily purchase cap of 5 products per day at each price included |
One of the two types rewards a direct price check. On all-win campaigns, the ones at ₱2,000, ₱3,000, ₱10,000, ₱20,000 and ₱30,000 that we read in September 2026, the item goes to every participant, which makes the group price a real discount you can hold up against the same product somewhere else. Shoppers make that comparison anyway, and the campaign page hands you the number to make it.

Both types, in order, are walked through in the group buy guide.
How order statuses and unfilled groups are handled#
Every marketplace has delays, and this one publishes how to read them. The order status guide walks through each state an order passes as it moves from placement to delivery, so you can see which step your parcel has reached.
The clearest case on record is a group that never filled. A ₱1,200 stand mixer group, dated 18 March 2026, drew just 3 real participants. The countdown ran out with the group unfilled, and the record shows the principal returned. That settlement was read through the platform's public product API in September 2026. Both outcomes, an unfilled group and a delivered order, are ordinary and both are recorded. When a group does not fill, the buyer's money returns.
How to read the platform's numbers yourself#
The About page figures deserve a closer look, since they are specific and carry dates. 105+ merchant partners tells you the catalogue holds brands with local shelves you can compare against; 3M+ group-buy sales says the campaigns run at real volume. 99% positive feedback speaks to satisfaction.
The habit worth keeping works anywhere: when a number appears, ask what page it came from, then check the detail you care about (a product, a campaign, a delivery window) on its own page in the app. The About page can be opened, partner announcements carry dates, and campaign rules sit on every product page. Anyone who wants to check the record instead of arguing about it can.
Where the chismis belongs#
The rumor part is smaller than it looks. Most of it begins as a late parcel or a frustrated post, then loses its order number and its context on the way to becoming a caption. What is left is a small human story about a single order. It tells you nothing about a platform that keeps a Makati headquarters, carries a Cyprus incubator, names its brand partners and has a public expo record. Handle it as a lead worth checking before it gets repeated.
The claims we examined do not match what the platform has already put on the record. Where does the company register? Who is behind it? Is there a real operating base? Are there real merchants? Every one of those has a public answer with a date attached. Our conclusion does not need softening: the chismis does not match the record. Line the two up and the record is the longer one, dated and open to everybody.
What actually protects you#
Rumors make for good reading. This part is the useful part. Install the app from the official source, through Google Play or the App Store; check the domain before you log in; never hand an OTP to anyone; keep every payment inside the app; and read the campaign rules on the product page before joining anything. Five habits, about five minutes, and they settle more questions than any group chat ever will.

Quick answers
- Where do these rumors start?
- Usually in Facebook groups and chat threads, then passed along with the original context stripped out. We go straight to what the platform publishes: the figures on its About page, its partner announcements, its dated news list and its Makati address. A dated official page settles more than repetition can.
- Why publish about rumors at all?
- Because shoppers in the Philippines are already reading them, and the useful move is to set the platform's own published record beside each claim. Put the two side by side and the claims we have seen do not match what the platform has already made public.
- What does the platform publish about itself?
- The official About page records 105+ merchant partners, 3M+ group-buy sales and 99% positive feedback. It also names the incubator, Innoventure Global Partners Ltd, the Makati operating address, brand partners such as Primeline Philippines, and a dated list of news, events and policies.
