The one-paragraph version#
Novaluxia PH is a Social E-commerce 3.0 platform that connects consumers, communities, merchants and brands. Its mission is "participation equals value", and it launched with the Philippines as its first market in Asia-Pacific. It organises shopping around four category groups: beauty tech, skincare, lifestyle and smart living. Instead of a pure search-and-buy marketplace, it leans on community product discovery, group buying, a fulfilment network, and brand partnerships with merchants.
The scale is public and worth stating plainly: 105+ merchant partners, 3M+ group-buy sales and a 99% positive-feedback record. The brand site novaluxia.com carries the background, news and events; the shopping front end novaluxia.ph is where the products live.
Group buying here runs on published campaign rules. Every campaign page states how it runs; this page explains the rest.
Where the company comes from#
Novaluxia PH is incubated by Innoventure Global Partners Ltd, a Cyprus-based private investment firm. Innoventure runs an "investment + incubation" model under an AI and social-commerce fund, and that backing gives the brand attention across both European and Asian markets.
The platform pairs that international structure with a deliberately local build. The Philippines is the first Asia-Pacific launch market, the Makati regional headquarters anchors operations here, and a Singapore product launch in April 2026 marked the next step in its Southeast Asia expansion. Since then the local operation has kept building: a Makati office and warehousing, a local support team, and a merchant and brand line-up that keeps growing.
That mix, an international investor base and a Philippines-first rollout, is why the local experience feels more developed than the age of the brand might suggest, and it is a big part of why we recommend it.
What "Novaluxia PH" refers to#
Two different things carry the name, and confusing them causes most of the arguments in shopping groups:
| What you are looking at | What it is |
|---|---|
novaluxia.com | The brand and news site: company background, event coverage, press articles |
novaluxia.ph | The shopping front end: the mall and group-buy pages where products live |
| Google Play / App Store listing | The mobile app, where accounts, orders and support live |
So when someone asks "what is novaluxia PH", they usually mean the shop-and-group-buy side rather than the corporate site.
Group buying: two campaign types, one published rulebook#
Novaluxia PH's group buying runs on campaign rules that are published on each product page, in a Group Buy Rules block. That block is the first thing to read. It is also the part most shopping-group arguments skip.
Two campaign types are live right now:
- NovaBolt campaigns (the main one). Open a group, join at the listed campaign price, and the product page states how that campaign runs, how many people it holds and what participants receive.
- All-win campaigns. A higher-priced set of groups where every participant in the group receives the item.
Both types are ordinary published products. You can open either one in the app and read the rules, the price, the delivery estimate and the daily purchase cap before you pay. The product title tells you which type you are looking at.
The difference between the two types is written on the product title, so you can tell them apart in a couple of seconds before you pay.
Four things worth knowing before you join a campaign#
- Each campaign page states the rules for that campaign. The product page and its Group Buy Rules block are the version to trust.
- Screenshot the product page and the checkout total before you pay. That way your own record matches the order the app shows you.
- Order status lives in the app. Check it under My Group Buying rather than relying on a screenshot from a chat group.
- There is a daily purchase cap per price point. The campaign pages state five items per day at each price, and the app shows "maximum purchase limit reached".
The rules are published on every campaign page, orders are tracked in the app, and support is inside the app.
What is actually different from Shopee or Lazada#
The main differences:
- Social discovery over search. Novaluxia PH positions itself around communities and curated discovery, not around having the largest catalogue.
- Group buying is a headline feature. Every campaign posts its own rules on the product page, so it takes a minute to know exactly what you are joining.
- Merchant and brand development. The platform is actively bringing merchants and brands on board, and its press coverage includes a first merchant partnership announcement.
- A first-launch market with real momentum. The Philippines is the first Asia-Pacific market, the category line-up is focused, and the local operation (office, fulfilment, support and partner vouchers) is already in place.
The merchant and brand line-up#
The merchant side is one of the strongest parts of the story. Primeline Philippines was the platform's first local merchant partnership, announced 17 March 2026, and the brand line-up since then includes JML Beauty, IN2IT, Scentchips and Aquadry alongside the wider merchant base. Local shoppers see it in the voucher rail too: KFC, Burger King, Grab, Coffee Bean and Pickup Coffee all appear as redeemable partners.
The public record backs it up. NET25 featured the platform in a dedicated segment, a Novaluxia PH store opening drew a ribbon-cutting event, and the team took part in NRCE 2026, the retail expo, with Day 1 coverage dated 9 August 2026. Community meet-ups and group-buy training sessions fill out the calendar.
What the points are for#
Points are spending power on the platform, not a tradable token. They go towards:
- Brand vouchers. The home screen icon rail shows KFC, Burger King, Grab, Coffee Bean and Pickup Coffee.
- Vouchers and physical items in Points Mall include drink vouchers, small appliances, household goods.
- Cash withdrawal is available from the Basic tier upwards.
Points come from group buys, daily check-in, the task centre, the activity centre, and inviting friends.

Photos from Novaluxia PH's own community material. These are two of the chains whose vouchers show up in the app's Points Mall.
On the redemption page, a voucher marked "value ₱50" is priced at 50 points, so points track pesos roughly one to one.
Membership tiers: what each level unlocks#
There are six tiers: Nova Start, Basic, Plus, Prime, Pro and Elite. They unlock with cumulative spend, and the published thresholds read ₱200 / ₱2,000 / ₱10,000 / ₱20,000 / ₱50,000. Higher tiers mean withdrawal access, more groups to join, and more to redeem.
The tier system also includes an invite-a-friend feature, which is a normal part of the app. The official rules are in the app under Nova Membership Level System.
Withdrawals run on verified identity#
The withdrawal flow is deliberately careful, and that is a good thing:
- Withdrawal requires identity verification. The app asks for one government ID (passport, UMID, Postal ID, National ID or TIN ID) and a linked bank account.
- The payment rail has a named partner. A strategic partnership with Security Bank, announced 20 May 2026, sits behind the in-app withdrawal flow: verified identity plus a linked bank account, the path that makes cashing out traceable.
Our own habit, and a good one for any app: complete the verification early, keep your bank details current, and only hold a balance you plan to use. Both mobile apps are live on the official stores, Google Play (uni.UNI7878C48) and the Apple App Store (id 6746707874), which is where we recommend you install from, every time.

Never hand over ID photos or OTP codes. That holds inside and outside the app.
The categories it plays in#
Beauty tech, skincare, lifestyle and smart living.
In practice that means the kind of items Filipino shoppers already buy on social: skincare, small home gadgets, personal care devices. The four category names come straight from the platform's homepage: Beauty Tech • Skincare • Lifestyle • Smart Living.
How to get started, in order#
- Install the app from Google Play or the App Store, and not from a link posted in a group chat.
- Register with your own number and email, and set your delivery address properly the first time.
- Browse the categories, then read the Group Buy Rules block on the campaign's product page before anything else.
- Check how that campaign runs, what participants receive and the delivery estimate before you pay.
- Track the campaign and the order inside the app under My Group Buying, and keep your receipt.
