Novaluxia PH Verified: Scale, Backers, Partners and Official Channels
The size of the operation, the money behind it, and the brands, press coverage and official channels that support it: 105+ merchant partners, 3M+ group-buy sales, a Cyprus investment house doing the incubation, and a live app in each store.

Plenty of "is it legit" pages hand you the conclusion and nothing else. This one shows the working instead. What follows is the platform's size, the backers behind it, and the record of partners and events it keeps in public, every piece openable in a few minutes.
- A platform that reports 105+ merchant partners, 3M+ group-buy sales and 99% positive feedback.
- Incubation from Innoventure Global Partners Ltd, a Cyprus investment house whose investment-plus-incubation model runs under its AI and social e-commerce fund.
- Google Play (package
uni.UNI7878C48) and the App Store (id6746707874) both carry the app, alongside two official domains:novaluxia.comandnovaluxia.ph.
The 10-minute check is there for anyone who would rather run the routine personally. What follows is what we found while running it.
The size of the operation#
Novaluxia calls itself a social e-commerce platform and labels the model Social E-commerce 3.0: consumers, communities, merchants and brands brought together in one place, with participation equals value as the stated mission. Group buying, a points mall, daily tasks and a membership ladder are what that looks like inside one app.
Three numbers show the distance covered so far:
| Figure | What it covers |
|---|---|
| 105+ merchant partners | The brands and sellers signed to the platform |
| 3M+ group-buy sales | Orders completed through group-buying campaigns |
| 99% positive feedback | The satisfaction figure reported across platform buyers |
Four category groups hold the range: beauty tech, skincare, lifestyle and smart living. Within the mall there are eight working sections, among them Fashion, Home & Living, Digital & Accessories and Pet. Digital & Accessories on its own lists nine sub-categories, including Smartwatch, Camera and Car Accessories. The same headline figures and the same four-category framing appear on the About page at novaluxia.com if you want to read them on the brand's own side.
The backers#
Innoventure Global Partners Ltd provides the incubation, and it is a Cyprus private investment house. Its investment-plus-incubation model runs under an AI and social e-commerce fund, with European and Asian markets in view. Money plus hands-on support explains how a platform this young opens regional offices, signs retail partners and keeps apps in both stores at once.
The regional details are just as specific:
- The Philippines was the first Asia-Pacific launch market, and the build started here before moving outward.
- A Makati regional headquarters. The published address for Philippine operations is 2/F & 3/F, 30 Paseo de Roxas corner Jupiter, Salcedo Village, Makati.
- A Singapore product launch in April 2026 added weight to the wider Southeast Asian market push.
Official channels#
Four channels carry the name, and each has one detail that does the work:
| Channel | What it is | The detail that does the work | Checked |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Play | Android app | The package to match is uni.UNI7878C48, and the developer line on the page reads Novaluxia | Checked 16 Sep 2026 |
| Apple App Store | iPhone app | Apple prints no package identifier, so Developer Website does the work, and on the real listing it opens novaluxia.com | Checked 16 Sep 2026 |
novaluxia.com | Brand, company and news pages | News, event and partner posts with dates you can open and confirm | Checked 16 Sep 2026 |
novaluxia.ph | Web shop | The catalogue and campaign pages, with no app to install | Checked 16 Sep 2026 |
The pair is easy to keep straight: novaluxia.com handles the brand and the news, while novaluxia.ph handles shopping. Comparing a price without installing anything works fine on the web store; for the app itself, install the app from the official store. The side-by-side routine for spotting copies of either address is in how to tell the fake apps and pages apart.
Inside the app and the store#
Inside the app, the order centre follows a purchase through eight status shortcuts, including Pending Payment, Awaiting Shipment, After-sales & Refunds and Completed. The underlying phrases go further: To Be Announced marks a group still counting down, Group buying successful marks one that filled, and one that misses its deadline settles as Returned at maturity. Our status-by-status explainer covers each meaning and how it matches a courier text.
Points follow their own path. The "How Points Are Earned" screen shows where they come from, then names three uses: cash vouchers or discount coupons against a future purchase, selected products on the platform, and cash withdrawn to a linked bank account. A redemption window opens once a day, and one redemption can use up to 90% of the points in your balance. What those points are actually worth in pesos carries the numbers.
Most of the activity gathers around four features: NovaBolt group buying, the Points Mall, Daily Tasks and My Team. Over them sits a six-level membership ladder (Nova Start, Basic, Plus, Prime, Pro and Elite) that members move up as they shop and take part. On the group-buy side, each price tier is capped at five units a day, so any plan should account for that cap.
The voucher mall stays close to everyday needs from local merchants: food and drink reward cards, with the occasional campaign voucher tied to a particular promotion. Most are modest and redeemed over the counter at the branch.
Built with the Philippine market in mind#
- A regional headquarters with a published Makati address. Philippine operations are listed at 2/F & 3/F, 30 Paseo de Roxas corner Jupiter, Salcedo Village, Makati, and photos of the working space it makes public appear further down this page.
- Support and warehousing in the country. Orders move through a Philippine fulfilment and delivery route built around Makati offices and warehousing, and the app issues its own advisories when weather disrupts couriers.
- Vouchers from local merchants. The points mall draws on Philippine brands with physical branches, and the confirmed listings include KFC, Burger King, Grab, Coffee Bean and Pickup Coffee.
- Philippine payments and payouts. Withdrawals can go to a linked bank account, and a strategic partnership with Security Bank was announced on 20 May 2026.
Partners, brands, news and the event trail#
A platform's record is easiest to point at through signed partnerships, brand names and public events. The dated trail we opened looks like this:
| Date | What the platform posted | Where we found it |
|---|---|---|
| 18 Aug 2025 | The launch article on the brand site | novaluxia.com news |
| 17 Mar 2026 | Primeline Philippines Inc. named first local merchant partner (lines include JML Beauty, IN2IT, Scentchips and Aquadry) | novaluxia.com news |
| Apr 2026 | Singapore product launch, widening the Southeast Asian roll-out | novaluxia.com news |
| 20 May 2026 | Announcement of the Security Bank strategic partnership | App news and novaluxia.com news |
| 27 May 2026 | Publication of the Delivery Policy | App guide tab |
| 9 Aug 2026 | Day 1 of the NRCE 2026 retail expo | novaluxia.com news |
Primeline Philippines, JML Beauty, IN2IT, Scentchips and Aquadry sit at the front of the brand line-up, and more partnerships keep arriving. Past the dated rows, the platform's record also takes in a NET25 feature, store-opening ribbon-cuttings, community events and group-buy training sessions where sellers and members meet in one room.

More public record, each item dated

Policies worth opening before you buy#
The platform publishes these documents itself, and a first order is the right time to open them, not the moment something goes wrong:
- The Delivery Policy, dated 27 May 2026. This in-app policy covers how shipping and delivery work, and it is one of the dated entries in the app's news and guide tabs.
- The order status guide. All eight statuses in the order centre are named there, and the app matches them against the wording a courier text will use.
- Daily purchase caps set at five units per price tier for group buying.
- Campaign rules. Every campaign publishes its own rules on the product page: how it runs, what participants receive, and the delivery terms. Read the campaign rules on the product page before joining.
- Points and redemption rules. The daily limit and the 90% ceiling on one redemption appear on the points screen, beside the three ways to use your balance.
How we check, and when#
Four steps produced every line on this page, and a date closes each one:
- Open the official store pages. Go through the Android package identifier and the App Store's Developer Website field, then confirm both lead to the same brand.
- Open the brand's own site and its web store. Work through the platform's dated news, event and policy posts, noting the date on each announcement.
- Open the app. Write down what the screens display: categories, order statuses, the points path, and the rules printed on campaign pages.
- Date each item and link it. Six-month-old checks are not checks, so every line carries the date we read it and a link that opens for you on the same day.
What we make of it#
Take the figures, the backer and the partner list together, and what emerges is a platform we are glad to recommend in public. 105+ merchant partners, 3M+ group-buy sales, 99% positive feedback, an investment house behind the incubation, a Makati headquarters, apps in both stores, a bank partnership and a presence at NRCE 2026 add up to a substantial operation. That, together with campaign rules published on every product page, is why we point friends to this platform.
Keeping this page current#
We follow platform news and policy updates and post them here. A new partner announcement, event or policy change earns a line and a date on this page. The checks behind it were read on 16 September 2026, with 17 September 2026 as the update date.
